FAQs

Which vehicle models do you specialize in?

While we are renowned for our work on the Toyota 70 Series (79, 78, 76), we have expanded to provide professional acoustic and thermal engineering for all commercial fleets. This includes:

Commercial Utes: HiLux, Ranger, D-Max, Triton, and BT-50.

Vans & Logistics: Toyota HiAce, LDV Deliver 9, Ford Transit, and Mercedes Sprinter.

Service Wagons: Toyota Prado, Ford Everest, and Isuzu MU-X.

Light Trucks: Isuzu N-Series (NLR, NPR, NPS), Hino 300, and Fuso Canter.

Why is sound deadening a critical investment for commercial fleets?

Standard factory vehicles are built to a budget, often lacking the insulation required for the harsh Australian climate. Our installations solve three major business pain points:

Driver Fatigue: Reducing cabin decibels significantly lowers the mental strain on drivers during long shifts.

OHS Compliance: We help bring high-noise environments (like Cab-Over trucks) into safer operating ranges.

Thermal Protection: Our multi-stage insulation can drop floor and transmission tunnel temperatures by up to 20°C, protecting your team from heat stress.

What is included in a "Full Cabin Installation"?

We only offer comprehensive, multi-layer solutions to guarantee results. A standard fleet install includes:

Vibration Damping: Premium Butyl layers to stop panel resonance.

Thermal Barrier: Closed-cell foam or Mass Noise Liner to block heat and engine drone.

Key Areas: Complete floor pan, rear cab wall (utes), internal door skins, and roof skin.

Refit: Precision re-installation of all factory trim and seating to OEM standards.

How long does the installation take?

We understand that vehicle downtime is a cost to your business.

2-5 business days.

We prioritizs commercial workflows to ensure your assets are back on the road as quickly as possible.

Does your insulation help with cabin heat in Isuzu N-Series and 70 Series?

Absolutely. This is one of our primary services. In the Isuzu N-Series (Cab-Over) and 79 Series Land Cruiser, the heat radiation from the engine and transmission tunnel is a major comfort and safety issue. Our specialised thermal barriers act as a "heat shield," dramatically reducing the temperature of the cabin floor and center console.

Do you offer fleet discounts for multiple vehicles?

Yes. We partner with Sunshine Coast businesses to provide scalable solutions. If you are looking to upgrade 3 or more vehicles, please contact us for a tailored fleet proposal and priority scheduling.

What brands and materials do you use?

We exclusively use premium, Australian-tested materials designed for high-heat environments. Our primary supplier is Car Builders Australia, utilizing their high-grade Butyl Sound Deadener and Stage 2 Thermal Liners. For technology upgrades, we utilize Vhedia plug-and-play systems to ensure zero cutting or drilling of your vehicle’s factory looms.

Will this void my vehicle's manufacturer warranty?

No. Our installations are non-destructive and "bolt-in." We do not modify the mechanical or structural integrity of the vehicle. We use vehicle-specific harnesses and mounting brackets to ensure your factory warranty remains intact.

How much does it cost?
